Kimberly Macdonald is a Massachusetts-based artist. Her work explores memory, light, and stillness in spaces of silence. She primarily works in analogue photography, as it is slow and purposeful, much like her subject matter. She received her BFA in Photography from the Hartford Art School.
She has been working in non-profits and the arts for 15 years. She is currently the Assistant Director for Alumnae and Donor Events at Smith College. She has previously held positions at California College of the Arts and Franklin Bowles Gallery.
